AJMF staff and board

Russell Gottschalk is the full time director and founder of AJMF.  He manages AJMF’s day to day operations including: building community partnerships, meeting community leaders, soliciting artists and venues, seeking out development opportunities and managing AJMF’s social media networks.
Bram Bessoff and Raychel Robbins lead AJMF’s Board as Co-chairs, working with Russell and other Board members to develop and nurture several working subcommittees (development, programming, logistics and marketing) and connect with other organizations.  Raychel is the owner of Robbins Nonprofit Solutions and Consulting and has over a decade of experience leading non-profits. Bram is a professional musician and producer who leads SoundArt Management and IndieHitMaker, helping artists report live venue sales to SoundScan and get on the Billboard Charts.
The AJMF Board consists of twelve additional members who contribute in their areas of expertise, such as: Jewish music and art, familiarity with Atlanta’s Jewish community and organizations, budgeting, finance, law, marketing and event planning. These individuals are Bennie Cohen, Ethan Davidson, Sara Duke, Gayanne Geurin, Steven Grossman, Becky Herring, Scott Levy, Bonnie Puckett, Eric Robbins, Webb Roberts, Itai Tsur and Valerie Wolpe.
