AJMF is the pre-eminent producer and promoter of fresh Jewish music experiences, providing opportunities for musicians and audiences to deepen their connections to Jewish music, culture and each other. AJMF’s fourth season will provide diverse and engaging musical experiences through its annual Spring Festival (March 14-16, 2013), an extended artist residency, open mic events, collaborative experiences and more.
AJMF maintains consistent contact with its fans through its website, social media platforms and online connections. This gives AJMF the ability to widely disseminate information and coverage of a diverse range of topics in various communities with very low costs. Information AJMF shares electronically helps visiting artists attract a larger audience, educates a young constituency and creates a greater interest in contemporary Jewish culture.
AJMF engages and unifies an elusive Jewish demographic that is not easily accessible through traditional Jewish programming. As an entry point to Atlanta’s Jewish community for young Jews and recent arrivals, AJMF creates a deeper interest in Jewish identity through modern culture. AJMF enriches our entire community through new sounds and timeless melodies.
